Sexual Harassment Prevention Training is Now Mandatory.
Where You Receive It Isn’t.  When it comes to mandatory sexual harassment prevention training,
It’s “Your place or mine?”

Outside the Lines, Inc. understands the demands placed on your managers and leaders. That’s why we have developed options for how and where your supervisors receive Sexual Harassment Prevention Training, which has been mandated by the State and encouraged by the Federal Government. cent Supreme Court decisions and EEOC Guidelines have made it clear that employers should not simply hand out an anti-harassment policy but must actually provide training on how to prevent sexual harassment and other forms of workplace harassment.
