I could not be more pleased with Outside the Lines, Inc.'s comprehensive recruiting service.  We post many of our positions online with WineandHospitalityJobs.com and usually enjoy receiving resumes from qualified candidates within a few hours.  As with other niche boards, the response volume is not huge but it is generally qualified, which is a much more effective use of my time than the larger job seeker services.   This option is both cost effective and time efficient.

For key positions I have been very impressed with Margie Tosch's recruiting skills.  She takes the time to understand the client's needs and internal culture then seeks candidates that fit both.  She leaves no stone unturned in seeking out reputable candidates who didn't know they were even looking! In this respect Margie is worth her weight in gold.  She has brought in ideal candidates after I've exhausted my own searches, and made me wish I had just asked her sooner.
